Move slower.
Breathe deeper.
Come back to yourself.

A quiet studio for vinyasa, yin, and restorative practice, built around breath rather than performance.

Practice, without the noise

Amrita was built for people who want their mat time to feel unhurried. No mirrors lining the walls, no performance cues shouted over music — just natural light, worn wood floors, and enough space to hear your own breath.

Every class is led by teachers trained to read a room, not just run a sequence. Whether you're new to yoga or twenty years into a home practice, the work is the same: pay attention, move honestly, rest when you need to.

The stillness you're looking for isn't at the end of the pose. It's in the breath that gets you there.

How a class runs

The same shape every time, so you can stop thinking about the clock and just practice.

01

Arrive & settle

0–10 min

Roll out your mat, sit, and let your breath slow down before we start moving.

02

Warm-up

10–20 min

Gentle joint work and breath cues to bring heat into the body gradually.

03

Main practice

20–45 min

The heart of class — flowing sequences or held postures, depending on the style.

04

Cool-down

45–55 min

Slower stretches to bring the heart rate back down and ease out of the work.

05

Savasana

55–60 min

Final rest, lying still, letting the practice settle before you head back out.
