WebCraft KZ provides website design and development services according to the project scope agreed with the client. The exact pages, features, price, delivery time, revisions, and other requirements should be agreed before work begins.

2. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information and for having permission to use any logos, photographs, text, trademarks, or other materials supplied for the project.

3. Pricing and changes

Prices shown on the website are starting or package prices unless a specific project agreement says otherwise. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a new price or timeline.

The client should review the website and communicate requested changes before final approval. Delivery timelines can change when required information, content, feedback, or approvals are delayed.

5. Third-party services

Websites may use third-party platforms, hosting providers, domains, plugins, analytics, payment services, or social-media services. Those services have their own terms and policies, and WebCraft KZ is not responsible for changes or outages controlled by those providers.

6. Intellectual property

Client-provided content remains the client's responsibility. Ownership and licensing of custom work, third-party assets, templates, software, and other materials should be agreed for each project.
